Play the song you already know: ten weeks of guided music learning, in English
“Driving licence for an instrument and microphone”: ten weeks of guidance for piano, guitar, bass, drums or voice. You start with one chord and one song you already know, from five minutes a day. I choose the materials for you, watch the short recordings you send and tell you what to change; the chat with office hours (Tuesday to Thursday, 19:00–21:00, Polish time) is your steady contact. Meetings and live events are optional and included in the price.

Playing music is a skill, not a talent
Like driving a car or writing with a pen: you learn it step by step, starting from songs you already know. I work in Polish and in English, and running music lessons has been my profession since 2008: more than 30,000 hours of work with people, more than 10,000 participants and listeners, and more than 500 concerts and performances behind me. My work has been covered by Polish national television (TVP2, TVP Info, TVP3) and by Polish Radio. Ten weeks of guidance
Guidance is the core: short videos, exercises and material matched to the instrument and song you choose, released in the order you learn.
Feedback, not just information
The videos show what to practise; when you send a short recording, my correction tells you what to change and what to try again. You may also use the chat and join meetings announced in the calendar. Chat, office hours and meetings are part of the price; you do not have to use them to work through the materials.
Optional live events
Rehearsals, karaoke and a possible December concert are available when announced in the course calendar, and depend on your start date. You may play, sing, observe or stay entirely remote. The choice is yours. The participant card comes after you work out a piece you did not know before, on your own, just as a driving test does not take you along a route you already know.
Enrolment is open all year
You start right after enrolling. Before paying, you choose whether the first materials open after the 14-day withdrawal period or immediately under separate consents explained by e-mail.
2999 or 3999 zł
That is 299,90 zł or 399,90 zł per week of guidance, paid once, up front.
The price depends on the number of instruments, not the scope of support. 2999 zł covers one instrument: materials and chat, individual feedback on your recordings, and 12 months of access to the materials afterwards. 3999 zł covers two instruments, taught in parallel, each with its own feedback. Singing is included in the price of either path. Family access is included too: up to two adults and two children from the same household, using the same materials; a separate individual path for a family member is arranged on request. Not a subscription. Enrolment starts by e-mail: I reply with the payment link, the start date and the required consents.
If the song still does not play after ten weeks, although you have gone through every stage, done the exercises and sent your progress recordings, you get another correction plan for that song at no extra charge. It is a promise of further work, not of a result or a refund (section 4e of the Polish terms).
14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer buying at a distance has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. You may wait until that period ends before receiving the first materials. Immediate access requires separate consent to early service performance and to the supply of digital content, together with an acknowledgement of the legal consequences. Your place is confirmed when the payment is made, so I take payment in advance, online: BLIK or card; other methods are shown at checkout. If you prefer, I also accept BLIK to the phone number 533 626 607: write to me first, and put “Prawo jazdy na instrument i mikrofon, kurs online” and your name in the payment title, otherwise I will not recognise the payment. Already paid for an evening in a group, one Skill, a one-to-one lesson or a home session? If you choose the programme within 60 days of that purchase, that fee counts towards the programme price (one fee, the highest, if there were several). Write to me before paying and I will settle it (section 4h).
Questions I hear most often
I live outside Poland. Does it work fully online?
Yes. The materials, the chat and my feedback on your recordings are all online. Office hours are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 19:00–21:00 Polish time, and during them I usually reply within 10 to 90 minutes. From Friday to Monday I reply within 1 to 36 hours, because I am either working or out of range while travelling.
I think I have no ear for music.
Hearing is trained like any other skill. You can check in your browser what you already hear (the tool is in Polish, but the sounds are not), and in the programme we start from a song you already know.
Do I need to read music before I start?
No. You learn from chords, by ear and from letter notation; sheet music is a later tool, not an entry gate. You do not need to buy anything blindly: the equipment guide (in Polish) lists what to get for the first weeks, and you can begin on a free app with a keyboard.
What if I do not finish in ten weeks?
The materials stay with you for 12 months after the programme, and if you have gone through every stage and sent your progress recordings but the song still does not play, you get another correction plan for it at no extra charge (section 4e).
Is there an exam or a performance at the end?
Performing is not a condition. The test is working out, on your own, a piece you did not know before; when you show that, you get the participant card “Driving licence for an instrument and microphone”.
